Often, one of our first orders of business when tackling a new job is to determine whether slow and/or unstable systems can be brought to a serviceable state via inexpensive component upgrades, or else whether they require replacement due to obsolescence or economics. Hard drive upgrades are notoriously messy and problematic, but in many cases, we can migrate not only all of your data, but also your OS, applications, and their settings. We carefully optimize system configuration to take advantage of new hardware — a significant detail that other techs often neglect.

Our highly-experienced, CompTIA A+ certified technicians routinely and economically diagnose and eliminate the causes of most system malfunctions in very short-order. Spontaneously-rebooting machines, overburdened hardware, slow-startup processes — all are pedestrian fare for Blade technicians. Cryptic illegal operation errors, general page faults, and the infamous blue screen of death — though much trickier to navigate — ultimately submit, given the required effort.

As a full-service computer company with many years experience in a variety of industries, we're able to handle almost any hardware operation internally. In fact, it's not unusual to run into specialized and proprietary hardware — such as plotters, cutters, meters, robotics, and various scientific instruments — that we must learn to service and/or with which we must integrate.

Over the years, our clients have related to us many stories of other consultants and service companies that simply refuse to touch such specialized systems, either due to an unwillingness to invest in learning a technology knowing the skills obtained may never again be of use, or else from fear that they'll be unable to unravel secrets necessary to complete the job. As pointed out elsewhere on this site, we run toward such mysteries.
